Sisterhood Circle Academy is a youth empowerment initiative designed to support middle and high school girls in developing leadership skills, self-confidence, and a strong sense of identity. Through structured workshops, mentorship, and experiential learning, participants gain tools in communication, decision-making, entrepreneurship, and emotional wellness. We create safe, supportive environments where girls are encouraged to use their voice, explore their potential, and prepare for future academic and career success.
Our Story
She Leads Academy was founded in response to a clear and growing need within the school system: providing middle school girls with access to leadership development, mentorship, and confidence-building opportunities during a critical stage of personal and academic growth. The founder’s DrMandy Frederic transition into the education space revealed a gap in programming specifically designed to support young girls in developing identity, communication skills, and future readiness. Many students demonstrated strong potential but lacked exposure to structured leadership experiences and positive role models. In response, the She Leads All-Girl Expo was launched as a pilot initiative, successfully serving over 150 students through workshops, keynote speakers, and student-led panels focused on leadership, confidence, and career exploration.The impact of this initial program confirmed the need for a scalable model. Sister Circle Academy was established to expand this work into a structured, ongoing program that provides consistent access to mentorship, life skills, and leadership development for middle school girls across Broward County and beyond.
